Invitation of So Delhi’s Event
Last Saturday on 5 August 2017 Sodehi hosted their 3rd confluenence at The Lalit. We were also invited to the most talked about event of the town.
Many bloggers attended the event be it fashion bloggers, travel bloggers, food bloggers and many more.
The event started with a bang with moderator Ajay Jain and the panellists Himanshu Sehgal ( My yellow plate), Ajay Sood (Travelure.in) and Philippa kaye (Memsahib in India). They all were so influencing, they cleared our idea about travel blogging.
Next was Q and A with Tara Bedi of Instagram India which helped everyone to know about all the useful features of Instagram.
Then the most fun part of the event, an entertaining session with the man himself Ssumier S Pasricha a.k.a Pammi aunty, he made the crowd go mad. We all were guffawing on his jokes.
Then everybody had lunch. We had tacos, quesadillas, nachos and The Lalit signature cake. The food was delightful and specially The Lalit signature cake, everybody was drooling over it.
Then Infocus India showcase their brand new launched phone to the audience. The surprise was one lucky person from the audience even won the phone for free by winning the game they hosted in the event.
Next, Oyo introduced us to oyonauts which provides a platform to the travelers like us to explore some of their amazing properties and share our experiences. After that there was a session with the youtubers of channel pretty little things Aakriti and Shaurya which was quite interesting.
One cannot simply ignore the foodaholics Sahiba Gursahaney (The Tasting Fork) Ashish Kapur (The Wine Company), Gurpreet Singh Tikku (Mr. Tikku), Anahita Dhondy (SodaBottleOpenerWala), Karishma Gupte (PR Pundit) when they talk about “Food Blogging In 2017”.
Then came the most interactive and lively session on monetising content by some amazing ladies. Naina Redhu ( naina.co) who is such a power packed lady, was moderating the panel and shared her experience which every blogger faces i.e “why is the number of like on your picture so less when you have so many followers?” One could hardly take eyes off from such an energetic panel with independent, confident entrepreneurs like Juhi Godambe ( juhigodambe.com ), Mehak Sagar Shahani ( Wed Me Good ) , Anjali Batra ( Food Talk India ) and Pallavi Chaturvedi ( The Desi Girl ) who were willing to share openly.
The next session by Shivya Nath ( The Shooting Star) made us realise how blogging is playing an important roles for social changes.
